Controversial Use of Notice-and-takedown Provisions

Anti-coal group, Rising Tide, created a website sending up an advertising campaign by NSW Minerals Council. In response, the Council has used copyright laws to close the website.

Ta for the heads up, Commonsfolk. Worth noting that the folks at Rising Tide are apparently looking for some pro bono legal assistance - just in case someone reading this post is interested.
