Privacy Law Library

The Privacy Law Library is the principal research infrustructure developed by the iPP project:

http://www.worldlii.org/int/special/privacy/

This Library contains a range of databases and decisions of Privacy Commissioners and similar bodies, as well as privacy-related court decisions, legislation, treaties and journals, plus Catalog topics in the WorldLII catalogue.

The library has a specialist search function limited to the materials and catalogue entries in the collection.

The project has also developed the Privacy Law Resources database of the WorldLII Privacy Law Project:

http://www.worldlii.org/int/other/PrivLRes/

This resource series contains international privacy instruments, working papers from this Interpreting Privacy PrinciplesProject (iPP), papers from the Project's symposia and conferences, and papers and resources from other Cyberspace Law and Policy Centre projects concerning privacy, including the 'Proposed national ID card' project and the 'Asia Pacific Privacy Charter Initiative'. It also contains selected unofficial translations of legislation on privacy.
